New regulations for foreigners working in Turkmenistan

The President of Turkmenistan has signed the Decree No.14230 introducing the Rules of Order of Work Activity of Foreign Citizens and Persons without Citizenship. The Rules regulate conditions of work in Turkmenistan as well as order of work permissions issuance.

The Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No.14230 inter alia specifies that the number of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship shall not exceed 20% of the staff of enterprises in Turkmenistan.
